My favorite summer color (next to white) is GOLD. Gold always looks good on my chocolate (sun kissed) skin..CHOC-O-LATE. Along with Gold, other metallics like Bronze, Silver, and Copper tones are now considered neutral colors. What does that mean? You can wear metallic with almost anything. I’ve already profiled the Selena Sandal, I just love these sandals. Before anyone says anything, I know, Selenais Gold, it’s brown with GOLD accents! Which it why I paired Selena with my favorite shirt from J. Crew.
Before I unveil the look of the week, let’s talk about Giorgina Galassi. I met the designer last year at the WSA Show (World Show Association). I fell in love with her style and the quality of her shoes immediately. The only issue I have with the line is it runs a little small. I ordered a size 11 for myself and my heel didn’t even make an effort to sit on the back of sandal. LOL. My clients seem to love the sandal and can’t say enough about Selena.

If you haven’t noticed, patent leather has made it’s way back into the showrooms of A LOT of designers. From flats, to handbags, and my favorite, pumps, patent leather has invaded our closets (especially mine). Patent me a Pump!
