In an effort to get rid of my summer inventory, I decided to take some of my inventory to Eastern Market (Washington, DC) to sell it! I managed to unload some of the inventory, but, I didn’t sell as much inventory as I would like. Why? At least three in every five females that visited my table wore a size 10 shoe and up! I didn’t have any large sizes left, I managed to sell most of my large sizes earlier in the season.
The BIG FOOT CHICAS are out there! They live among us…
It amazes me that even with meeting A LOT of females with “big feet” today, most manufacturers still don’t cater to us! I understand Washington, DC is only a small portion of the market, however, I hear the same song every where. “I wear a size 11, 12, 13, and I can’t find anything in stores.”
My Big Foot Chicas, we need to show these manufacturers who’s really running this show. Did you know? Women with “oversize” feet spend about $11 billion a year? So, why do I have a difficult time finding manufacturers who specialize in larger shoe sizes? The few vendors I do find, the quality of their product is questionable.
To solve this problem, My company decided to create a line for my company. Aux Pieds De, and Gorgeously Green. Stylish shoes for the Big Foot Chicas. I’ll keep you posted as to when the line will roll out online and in stores.
Big Foot Chica Over & Out!
Stumble it!
