Metallics have definitely made a comeback. No longer do you have to think you need to be a part of the cast of BOOGIE nights to wear metallic. It’s not just bronze, gold, or silver. There are other colors where designers are experimenting with “Metallizing” (is that a word?) and Noelle difinitely incorporates “metallzing.” It’s brown, no wait, it’s bronze…UGH, GOLD? All of the above, I think. And they are available at www.auxpiedsde.com. They go up to a size 11, BUT, I was only able to get them up to a size 10 :-(. I won’t even be ale to wear these adorable flats.

I couldn’t agree more! The issue that I have is finding a size 10/11 shoe that is not only pretty but also comfortable. I can always find shoes in my size that are comfortable, the problem is the shoe isn’t necessarily pretty. In the two years I’ve owned www.auxpiedsde.com, I’ve struggled to find shoes that are both pretty and comfortable in my size. Creating this blog forced me to really start searching for vendors everywhere!
If you haven’t noticed, the usual fall colors have been replaced with various shades of plum. I went shopping on Saturday to find a brown dress. I coudn’t find anything brown! All I saw was a sea of plum. With that said, today’s flat comes from the one and only Sigerson Morrison. Belle
